Shipping
We try to ship out all orders for in-stock items the same day they're placed. During busy periods, your order will be processed and shipped in 1 to 3 business days. You will receive confirmation and tracking information via email once your order is processed and shipped.
Shipping (Pre-Orders)
Pre-order items have a production and shipping timeframe of 3-4 weeks, unless otherwise stated. We will keep you informed about the status of your order with periodic updates via email. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed, and you will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.
Returns
All sales are final. We cannot do returns/exchanges once the order has been confirmed, unless the clothing is defective or if we have mistakenly sent the wrong item. If you received the wrong item, please contact servicio@mofongokicks.com within 5 days after receiving the package.
International Orders
International shipping is available via DHL Express. Shipping & handling rates are based upon weight and destination. International customers are responsible for customs duties. We are not responsible for any packages returned for unpaid fees, for an incorrect address provided by the customer, for a failure to collect the package at the local post office in a timely manner, or if the carrier determines that more information is needed from consignee, and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
Order Accuracy
Please make sure that you have selected the correct size and provided accurate shipping information. Once an order is placed, we cannot make modifications. We may be able to assist in some cases if our customer service team is notified of an error within 24 hours of placing the order.
If an item fails to deliver, for either an incorrect address provided by the customer, a failure to collect the package at the local post office in a timely manner, or if the carrier determines that more information is needed from consignee, the order will be subject to a fee in order to cover reshipment costs. The customer will be notified and the delivery address will be re-confirmed.
